I bought Rosetta Stone's Spanish download for Mac for 250 bucks.It crashed constantly, was hard to use, and they're constantly trying to get you to "upgrade" to more expensive plans.

Worst of all, the program frequently lost data. Tonight it simply lost all my data. I was online with customer support for almost four hours, and they couldn't do a thing. Four hours!

They wanted to escalate the problem to something called "T2," but this has already been a terrible experience all around, and now I want my money back.Of course they refuse--it's "not our policy." The product is flawed, but they clearly don't care.

Review about: Rosetta Stone Educational Software.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I was online and ready to purchase the product but I had one question. I called to speak with an agent and so far, I have spoken with three agents and they are not able to answer my question and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, they hung up on me.

I will spend my money with a company that shows respect and true customer care. Rosetta Stone is NOT the one!
